Service
The app provides a spin-wheel popup for Shopify storefronts, including merchant-configured slices, email capture, discount-code prizes, and basic activity reporting.
Billing
Paid plans are billed through Shopify. Charges, trial terms, and renewal cadence are shown before the merchant approves a subscription. Canceling the app or subscription stops future charges according to Shopify billing rules.
Merchant responsibilities
- Use the app only on stores you are authorized to manage.
- Configure popup copy, discount values, and email-consent settings lawfully.
- Do not use the app for spam, deceptive promotions, or activity that violates Shopify policies.
Availability
We work to keep the app available and reliable, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or emergency changes when needed.
Privacy

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, the app is provided as is and Zoomifi's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim.
